To put it simply – if a customer comes to you with an issue, and you feel that it should be covered by warranty, we trust your judgement 100%. It’s our commitment to you as our dealers to offer our complete support and backing during the customer experience. This is intended to complement our consumer facing warranty policies, not supersede them – standard terms and conditions still apply. Even in situations where you feel like warranty doesn’t apply, but the customer is insistent, reach out and let us know – we’re here to help find solutions that work for you and your customers!

 

We also understand how difficult it can be to ask a customer to pay labor charges for warranty support on a new bike and will begin offering labor credits at our discretion to support warranty issues outside of normal maintenance, assembly, and wear and tear items. This will apply to new bikes sold and assembled by your shop or purchased through authorized online dealers and assembled by your shop. Bikes purchased online and assembled by the consumer will not be eligible. When requesting a labor credit please include a copy of the customer’s original receipt, or a work order showing assembly at your shop. Labor will be credited by a national average of labor charges per hour unless otherwise agreed on.
