Business Transitions

In the event BikeCo, LLC goes through a business transition, such as as a result of a merger with or acquisition by another company or by selling a portion of the assets of the company, the users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified through postings on this website and may further be notified via email or direct mail prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

Sharing Info

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
